January 2003 - November 2008Recruit, Develop and Train New Associates to market and sell Aflac products and services to businesses and their employees in the Orlando Metro area. Short AFLAC BIO; I started with AFLAC October 2000 as an associate and achieved success by qualifying for all the Fireball and Star Series, State and National Conventions, and was recognized as a Rookie of the year. I started as a District Sales Coordinator in January 2003 till Nov 2008. In those 5 1/2 years I qualified for 5 State Conventions, 4 National Conventions,4 District Key Clubs, 3 FAME trips, and Presidents Club in 2005. I have had several Associates recognized as Rookie of the year and three associates promoted to District Sales Coordinators. During my 5 1/2 years as a District Sales Coordinator I have earned 22 FAME's. Since November 2008 I have been active as an Aflac Associate. Some of my awards with Aflac include. Fireball Series = fast start, fireball, super fireball, triple crown, all star Star Series = bronze, silver, gold, platinum Rookie Key Club = 2001 Silver Rookie of the Year = 2001 Associate key club = 2002 Gold State Convention = 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 EPA-D, National Convention = 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 Presidents Club = 2005 FAME = 2003 all 4 qtrs(+bonus), 2004 all 4 qtrs, 2005 all 4 qtrs, 2006 4 all qtrs(+bonus), 2007 2nd and 3rd qtrs., 2008 1st (exception made at wwhq b/c of nopay hq error) and 2nd qtrs = total 22 FAME's in 22 Quarters as a District Sales Coordinator.
